Guarantee & Certificates

• Each jewelry piece includes a certificate of authenticity issued by our store, covering the gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship.
• Upon request, customers may obtain a GIA certificate at an additional cost.

Orders & Production

• Production time for each item is at least 10 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
• A 30% deposit of the product’s value is required in order to begin production or reserve an item.

Payments

• Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

Engravings & Adjustments

• Each purchase includes a complimentary laser engraving, if the customer wishes.
• Size adjustments (rings, chains, bracelets, necklaces) are available with an extra charge.

Shipping

• For security reasons, deliveries are mainly made within Athens, Greece.
• Upon special arrangement, shipments across Greece can be made through Red Courier.

After-Sales Service

• Maintenance, cleaning, or repair services are available with an additional cost.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is in perfect condition, without damages or modifications.
