Returns and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 business days and request their exchange or refund. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted.
Shipment of New Products.
The return and replacement of products within Greece is FREE of charge through the use of the collaborating courier company.
If the value of the new order is lower than the value of the initial order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer’s name for future purchases.
Return and Exchange Procedure
Contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request return or replacement.
Please Include: Your name, your order number, the reason of the return and whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund.
During two working days we will communicate with you and send you the cooperating courier company to pick up the product or products to be returned.
- Prepare your return parcel.
Include all original packaging and materials. The courier will pick up your package at from the address you mentioned when you email us your return.
Upon receipt of your return a thorough check will be executed and if no problem or defect arises with the product, the packaging or the accompanying documents you will be notified by email with the approval of your request.
Return of funds
In case you do not wish a replacement for your order with an alternative or new product, the return of funds will be executed within 14 business days for the receipt of the return by the company.
The return of funds will be executed through the same manner of the initial payment of the purchase, unless your original payment was CASH ON DELIVERY. The return of funds in such a case will be made through Bank Transfer, to a bank account of the client.
It is absolutely necessary that the client provides through email at email@example.com the IBAN of his bank account, the bank where this account is held, the name of the accounts beneficiary as it appears in his bank statement. For reasons of security, the beneficiary or the co-beneficiary of the account must be the same person as the one appearing on the purchase receipt.
Return is accepted only if each product you wish to return:
- Is in the same excellent condition as delivered, untouched and unused, inside its Michalis packaging.
- Has been received, checked and approved by the company.
- Is accompanied by all its documents, product code, guarantee, document of transport, receipt etc.).
Returns which do not cover the above conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the client at his cost.
Returns are not accepted also for:
1.Products with signs of use.
2.Products specifically customized for the clients.
- Seasonal products (New Year’s Charms, Easter products etc.).
- Return of already returned products.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and are not redeemed for cash.
In case the product to be changed is less valuable than the original order, the cash difference will not be refunded, but will be credited to your name for future purchases.
