Purchase and Order Policy of the Michalis Online-Store.

General Terms

Michalis on line sale is available  in Greece and all over the world.  For deliveries to other countries, please contact us to  the following email address: info @michalis.gr.

The characteristics of the “ online products “are mentioned for each item separately. The “Add to basket” option can be found in the description of these products.

Search and Purchase of products

 You may use the search button to find very easily the products you desire. If you wish to purchase a product and make an order you may choose the most convenient payment method and fill the order’s form.

After completing the ‘order process’ you will receive an automated confirmation email, which will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your order.

Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order.  

Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact MICHALIS S.A  immediately at info@michalis.gr  in order to request that your order be successfully completed. 

Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; such a price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer.

In case any pending issues should arise, we will send you an e-mail or contact you at the telephone you will have registered. To this end, we highly recommend you to inform us of any changes regarding your contact information while your order is still pending, to make sure you receive all e-mails and to keep all e-mails during the order process.

MICHALIS S.A. reserves the right to cancel any order due to no availability or elimination of a product.  

Ordering a product that bears the sign “out of stock”.

Products sold bear the sign “out of stock”. Such products can be reordered provided that there is availability of the stones needed. Ιf you are interested in a “sold” piece ,please, do email us to info@michalis.gr or call us at (+30) 210-3222360 or (+30) 210-8982607 and we will let you know about its construction.

 Please note:

Carat weight of stones and price may vary slightly when we create handmade pieces.

For stones with fancy shapes or colored stones if there is non-availability, we will let you know.

 Jewelry without prices are not available for sale online. However, if they are still available in our stores or there is availability of stones needed for their construction, they can be ordered with  special agreement.  Create Your Own Jewelry 

If you desire a unique  jewelry piece or to recreate an old jewel, we are here to create the design of your dreams. 

Whatever your wish, you will start by having with us  a personal consultation at a Michalis store to discuss the design, the stones we will use and the budget frame you want to allocate.

Sketches free of charge will be designed, and upon your approval one of a kind jewel will be created especially for you. 

Cancelling your Οrder 

An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it.

 Cancellation of an Οrder by Us

MICHALIS S.A. reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
  • We do not deliver to your area.
  • One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
